6 Esssential nutrients and their sources

 In general the nutrients that are necessary for proper body  function include 6 groups : 

Proteins

Carbohydrates 

Fats

Minerals 

Vitamins and water

The daily requirements of each group vary, depending on age, sex, and physical activity. By include Fruit, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, dairy products, and heath fats in your diet,  you can get good amount of these nutrients naturally ig you are not sure whether you are having a balanced diet consult a dietitian

Protiens is anacessary nutrients to ensure the normal growth of skin , bone and muscle .it can be mostly in animal sources such as Poultry meat and fish 

2: carbohydrates 






Carbohydrates they are necessary for energy to
 support brain and body






3: Fats


Fats provide the body with energy and help it to carry out arage of functions such as
Cell growth 
Blood clothing
Building new cells
Muscle movement 
Brain functioning 
Immune function and so on
